Facilities and Furnishings – the nivellmar style
The amalgam of turn-of-the-century architecture with modern renovation is frequently identified with Barcelona. nivellmar apartments tries to do the same with our own lodgings. Practical and stylish furniture juxtapose with the century-old buildings of the Barceloneta.
BASIC AMENITIES OF A FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT

Furniture and Kitchen Appliances—All nivellmar apartments are prepared to make your stay feel like home. You can cook, wash clothes, listen to music, and if you need anything, you only have to call us to see if we can find it for you. (There may be an additional charge.)
Our guests can use any utensil, white goods, kitchen appliance, sheets or towels available inside the apartment.

BEDROOM

All our bedrooms have pillows, bedsheets and blankets. In some of our apartments, we include a sofa-bed. If you wish for someone to sleep on the sofa-bed, keep in mind that an adult may not find it comfortable for extended periods of time. We recommend its use for children or for one adult for a few nights only.

KITCHEN

All our kitchens have a refrigerator, hob/stove, oven or microwave oven, washing machine, plates, cups, cutlery and kitchen cleaning materials.

BATHROOM

All our bathrooms include towels and a shower or a tub.

All our living rooms include a television. If you desire a DVD or video or hifi, ask if we have one available.

- OPTIONS (Subject to availability)
- Telephone—Some of our apartments have a telephone line installed. All charges associated with the use of this line is charged separately. You can choose to either leave an additional deposit of 100 Euros with us or leave your credit card information with us.

- Internet—Some of the apartments have a WIFI Internet access. You can purchase access by the hour, day, week or month. You will need a WIFI network card. We have WIFI PCMCIA and PCI cards available for rent.

- Other amenities—If you need any other equipment that you do not find in your apartment, just ask us if we can get it for you. Depending on the item, there may be an additional charge.

- .Water and Electricity—All charges for water and electricity are included in the price. Should there arise any problem with the utilities, please contact Nivellmar as soon as possible.
