Apartments Nivellmar has offered seaside lodging for short-term business and vacation rental accommodation in the Barcelona downtown beach area of the Barceloneta for over 10 years. Originating from a local real estate and building administration agency, Apartments Nivellmar has specialized in this beach neighbourhood located in the city centre and is expanding towards the nearby Born, Ramblas and Diagonal Mar neighbourhoods, all attractive to tourists and visiting executives.  Apartments Nivellmar manages and commercialises to international and domestic clients a variety of fully equipped and selfcatering studio lofts, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. 

Our flats accommodate from 2 to 6 people, but since many of the apartments are located in the same building, we can accommodate larger groups very close to each other (click here to see the conditions for group discounts).  Most of our buildings are a 5-minute walk from each other and from the Apartments Nivellmar main office in the Barceloneta.

The company´s primary objectives are a) to market and provide service to our guests and b) to manage the quality of the apartments, with the overall goal of offering a trouble-free enjoyable experience while visiting Barcelona—indeed offering “another way to stay in Barcelona”.  Over the years, Apartments Nivellmar has fine-tuned its operations to assure that the physical infrastructure is always up to standard, that expert repair and maintenance resources are always available, and that the design and ambiance of each apartment remains attractive to people looking for a home away from home.   In our latest apartments, we try to create a home-like feeling while introducing modern design elements in century-old buildings.

Apart from a comfortable design, Apartments Nivellmar strives to improve the amenities and household equipment installed in each apartment.  Year after year, not only do we maintain the apartments in good condition, we also improve the quality of the furnishings and all that contribute to making your stay more like home.  Our latest addition is a 24-hour English-speaking urgency hotline for all guests to rely on in case of an emergency in the apartment or around Barcelona.

Growth is an indication of success and our growth is taking us to into new geographic areas.  Catering to the traveling executive market, we have begun investing in the new and upcoming Diagonal Mar neighbourhood of Barcelona which offers luxury amenities not often found in an urban setting, such as 2 swimming pools (1 for children), paddle courts, and an enclosed kiddie park.  Easily accesible from the airport, the exclusive Diagonal Mar area is located close to the beach and right next to the new Forum Barcelona area with the newly inaugurated Conference Center. 

Apartments Nivellmar is not ignoring the rest of the Catalonia coast.  We are associated with similar companies to ours that rent apartments along the Girona (Costa Brava), Salou (Aiguesverds Golf Resort—Tarragona—Costa Blanca) and Menorca beach resort areas.
