Reservations
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights.
- The reservation is confirmed when we receive payment of the 150€ deposit fee.
- The deposit is returned at the end of your stay and once we determine the apartment has been left in the same good condition upon entry. You will be charged a cleaning fee of 20€ if we deem it necessary to bring the apartment to its original condition. (For example, clean plates and silverware, clean floors and bathroom, empty refrigerator, empty trash bin.)
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at anytime before arrival, we will refund 100% of the 150€ deposit fee.
Arrivals and Check-In
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday 0930-1930, Saturday 1100-1400
- You may check-in in the office at any time during office hours.
IMPORTANT: Arrivals outside of office hours carry a supplemental charge of 45€. If you are arriving outside office hours, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance (weekend not inclusive) so we can arrange to meet you and have your keys ready.
- Rental fee is paid in advance during check-in. If staying for more than one month, the first month rental fee is due at check-in.
- Payment is in cash or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). Personal checks are not accepted.
Check-Out
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon hours Monday-Sunday. If there is no arrival pending at the same apartment, you may check-out at a later time by notifying the office at least 24 hours prior to departure. Otherwise, you will be charged for another night.
Apartment Conditions
- All apartments are furnished with fully functioning kitchen, bathroom(s) and living room with television. If you find an item missing, you may request it at the office and we will attempt to satisfy your need.
- Most apartments come with individual beds. If you want a double bed, please make the request in our Reserve page and we will try to accommodate you if possible.
- The quantity included of bedsheets and towels are limited to the number of guests staying.
- Electricity and gas are included in the rental fee.
- The apartment is cleaned and prepared before your arrival. You may request optional cleaning at an additional charge. Remember, we expect the apartment to be left reasonably clean before your departure so as to not affect your deposit fee.
- You may use every item you find inside the apartment. We expect a reasonable and limited wastage. Improper use or severe damage to household items will result in breach of contract and may affect your deposit fee.
- Within your first 24 hours of stay, please inform the office of any anomaly or damage you may find to household goods or the physical structure.
- Remember, if you need some item not found in the apartment, come by the office and we will attempt to find it for you.
House Rules
- In general, pets are not allowed. Please inquire if we might have an apartment available that will allow small pets.
- Municipal Quiet Hours: Sunday-Thursday 2200-0900, Friday-Saturday 2400-1000
- Please remember you are staying next to neighbors who live there, that is, they sleep there and go to work in the morning. If you make their life difficult, they will make our life difficult. Please be considerate of noise levels inside the apartment and in the stairwells.
- Please call the office immediately if there is a water or gas leak. Outside office hours, call the 24x7 urgency mobile telephone number given to you when you check-in.
- Use your house key to lock the apartment everytime you leave. Apartments Nivellmar is not responsible for items lost or stolen from the apartment.
